I like the sound
The waves make

They travel ashore.

They put on display

They quietly die down.

I like the peaceful chord
They strum in my heart

They come and go.

I like the waves
For what they play
Each time
For me, on loop.

Sitting on the beach, just listening to the waves seems more therapeutic than anything else. They are one of my most favourite sounds in the world. Don’t you love them too?
