Single on Valentine’s?
So like they all ask,
Tell me too,
What’s wrong with you?

Can’t you bring yourself
To adjust
To whatever or whoever
Life throws at you?

Do you have too many
False opinions
Of how well-deserving
You think are you?

Don’t you feel the need
To rush into a relationship
To not feel lonely
Like some others around you?

Is your heart
Not big enough
Or just can’t love first
Anybody but you?

Did the marketing skills
Of the occasion
Fall flat on their face
Before you?

Whatever the answer,
Don’t let anyone judge you.
You know you could be ‘not single’
Any day really wanted by you.

Another’s love will find you.
For now, proudly love yourself.
This Valentine’s,
This is my wish for you!

      3. Let’s agree to disagree here.
        Because that is the very opposite of what I’m trying to put out through this post.
        It is absolutely okay to NOT have a Valentine. If you do, good. If you don’t, you will at the right time (& that doesn’t have to be in a deadline of 6 days).
