Liking that this tale makes me notice that within the word hurt is the sound of the word her. Echoing empathic (maybe even haunting?) post.

I’ve experienced (and still experience through reminders and memories) a very similar (or the same) hurt, speechlessness, and loss he’s feeling. What you write is relatable, connects, helps the healing process. Thank you Mia.
