There’s a scene in “Modern Family” where Lily has her menarche & shuts herself in her room while Cam & Mitch sit outside the door waiting.
Yes, women can do anything but sometimes, that’s what it’s like to be a woman & being shut in your pain (physical or emotional).
It’s really comforting to know that whenever you decide to open the door, there are people outside waiting to hug & support you.
What’s better is to try being that support for someone.
So dear men, that’s all you have to do.
And dear ladies, pay it forward.
