It was spring.
New breezes blew.
New flowers blossomed.
New was it all around
But in her heart.
It was summer.
Hot loo lurked.
Hot sweats ran down.
Hot was it all around
But in her heart.
It was autumn.
Dense gales gathered pace.
Dense leaves fell non-stop.
Dense was it all around
But in her heart.
It was winter.
Cold winds whirled.
Cold breaths shivered.
Cold was it all around
But in her heart.
Seasons came and went,
Changing everything,
But her heart remained
As it always was
With him in it.
He was her spring.
He was her summer.
He was her autumn.
He was her winter.
He was all her seasons.
