When I was little,
I thought
That the only place
Where I could see
My reflection
Was the mirror.
Turns out
I was wrong.
My reflection
Is everywhere
I look around.
Literally everywhere.
My reflection
Is in the water,
On the drinking glass,
In the eating steel spoon,
On building facades,
On my front-facing camera.
But more than that,
I see
My reflection
In every situation I face,
Positive or negative,
Real or imaginary.
I discover
My reflection
In every person I meet,
Their eyes,
Their speech,
Their deeds.
I come across
My reflection
In every landscape,
Every tree,
Each flower,
All little blades of grass.
Apparently,
My reflection
Of my inner being
Is all I see.
So whether I like it or not
Reflects only on me.
The best of all is that the more we live and acquire life experience, our reflection will also be shaped by our living and experiences. Fernando Pessoa, Portuguese poet, once said: “the mirror doesn’t make mistakes, it reflects correctly”. my hug, Mia.

To add to what you’ve written, I’ve read that there are hardly any places left without man-made traces.
The proof would be that even when you want to take a photo in the countryside, you’re often forced to crop the photo. Otherwise, you’d see wires, technical installations.
